TITLE 7.1. BOUNDARIES, JURISDICTION AND EMBLEMS OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

§ 7.1-10.1 amended; second enactment of Chapter 141 of the Acts of Assembly of 1993 repealed. Boundary line between Loudoun County, Virginia, and Jefferson County, West Virginia. Provides that the boundary line between Loudoun County, Virginia, and Jefferson County, West Virginia, is the same as that established by the survey recorded in the land books in the courthouses of Loudoun County and Jefferson County. The bill directs the Virginia Boundary Commission to complete its work and record the survey which takes into account one of the property owner's homes through which the watershed line runs.
