TITLE 21. DRAINAGE, SOIL CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICTS.
§ 21-118 amended.
Sanitary districts. Authorizes localities that have established sanitary districts to base their tax assessments within sanitary districts on fair market use rather than on a land use assessment, provided the property owner consents. HB 228; CH. 194.
